Carrie Price Cunningham-designer of "IKraveFashionHouse"-started sewing when she was just a little girl around the age of 11. She began asking her mom for a sewing machine to mend her dad’s work clothing. Her mom thought she was “crazy” but finally, decided to purchase a sewing machine, and Carrie made a seam which appeared to be a natural gift for her. Her mom was wowed by it as Carrie was sewing on her own while doing other household chores. In addition, her parents also supported her in other endeavors.

Carrie is a natural artist. Alongside designing fashion, she is also a jewelry crafter. Many will say she is a “renaissance woman". While in high school, her parents sent her to the Barbizon Model School after they realized she had a real knack for fashion and making her own clothing. Carrie embarked on redesigning her shoes by adding colorful stones, rhinestones, and studs. While attending Barbizon, she learned more about fashion, etiquette, how to walk as a model, gracefulness, poise, and makeup application. By the age of 29, she made her first wedding gown. It was beautifully designed with layers of ruffles and beaded bodice. Carrie craves fashion, and she always will.
